'Reflections' project with OCPAC and The Bolshoi Theatre

I'll be dancing in the 'Reflections' project in January, a collaboration between the Bolshoi Theatre (Moscow performances on 27th ,28th, 29th and 30th January) and the Orange County Performing Arts Centre (OCPAC performances on 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd January). The other dancers taking part are Polina Semionova (Berlin Staatsoper Ballet), Natalia Osipova (Bolshoi Theatre), Yekaterina Krysanova (Bolshoi Theatre), Olga Malinovskaya (Ballet Estonia) and Yekaterina Shipulina (Bolshoi Theatre); we all studied at the Bolshoi School in Moscow.

'Stars of the 21st Century' Grand Opening Gala in Toronto

Exhausted from second week of 'Chroma' rehearsals and Helgi Tomasson's new ballet! I'm off tomorrow for a 24 hour trip to Toronto to perform in the 'Stars of the 21st Century' gala. It will be my first time in Canada!

Reviews:

"San Francisco Ballet’s transplanted Russians, Maria Kochetkova and Gennadi Nedvigin, were quite stunning in their dreamy Giselle pas de deux. She floated in the air, capturing the ghostly choreography to perfection – one of the best shades I’ve ever seen."

"Kochetkova performed the lively Flames of Paris with American Ballet Theatre’s Daniil Simkin. Kochetkova is clearly an all-rounder because she ate up the stage with virtuoso perfection."
